Samosas

here’s how i make samosas – nice and simple…

make a basic dough from atta flour, oil and warm water

allow to rest while you make your favourite veggie currie…

remember to chop the veggies really small.

assemble the samosas…

i bought this cheap little plastic samosa maker (top right corner) at the local asian store.

and then bake or fry the samosas until golden brown…

i prefer to shallow fry them in a pan.
