how are you? Hope you’ve all been keeping warm and well. It’s been pretty freezing cold here in Perth in the mornings recently. And at this time of year I take full advantage of all the benefits that the essential oils offer.
If you were lucky enough to receive the free Cheer and Motivate oil blends last month – that combination is one of my favourites at the moment to diffuse in the mornings. Nothing like a bit of cheerful motivation to get going on a cold morning!
Cheer is an uplifting citrus & spice blend and Motivate an encouraging minty-citrus blend. They go really well together. But you can also use them on their own. They are both part of the Emotional Aromatherapy Kit. Apart from diffusing them I also find them really effective when I use just one or two drops and rub them between the palms of my hands and then inhale the aroma deeply a few times. When you use these pure essential oils aromatically the fine volatile particles enter through your nose and go straight to your olfactory nerves and to your limbic system which directly effects your heart rate, blood pressure, memory and emotions. I often use Motivate before I start working.
If you don’t have the Cheer and Motivate blends try two drops each of Peppermint, Lemon and OnGuard for another minty-citrus-spice blend for your diffuser. Plus you’ll have the added benefit of the OnGuard oil which will eliminate any airborne threats when diffused.
OnGuard is one of the oils that I use daily. I just add a drop or two to my water bottle and drink it throughout the day. If you don’t like the taste you can also apply a drop or two to the bottom of your feet mornings and evenings to get the protective benefits of this antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral blend. Or use the OnGuard beadlets or capsules.
Here in Australia we are lucky to have a special OnGuard promotion this month:

The other product that really keeps me going is the Lifelong Vitality Kit:
I used to be one of those people who have a hard time getting out of bed, take ages to get going and seriously crash after the slightest bit of exertion. Sound familiar? No energy?
Only recently I said to my husband that I finally feel the way I always wanted to feel: I wake up in the mornings refreshed and ready to face the day. I get at least double as much done as before and don’t feel like crashing. I sleep less but much deeper. I feel full of energy and wellbeing. Sometimes I literally feel like all my cells are buzzing with vitality!
I’ve been taking the Lifelong Vitality supplements daily since December. I noticed a difference in my energy levels after less then a week. And I think it has also effected my metabolism – I’ve lost almost 10 kg of weight and feel great!
So… how about if I make you a special offer this month?
If you would like to try the Lifelong Vitality pack but you don’t have a Loyalty Rewards Program with a US account set up I will order a pack for you through my account. Please send me an email or message if you are interested so we can arrange payment and delivery.
Other promotions this month are:
If you are on the Loyalty Rewards Program and place an order of a minimum 125PV before the 15th of August you will receive the free Oil of the Month: a 5ml bottle of DigestZen:
One of the new oils in my collection this month is Cilantro – steam distilled from the fresh leaves of the coriander plant. I’ve been adding just one drop of Cilantro to stir fries and Mexican beans and it adds a great fresh taste.
Interestingly Cilantro is also the Oil of Releasing Control in emotional aromatherapy. One or two drops rubbed between the palms of your hands and then inhaled will help you to address negative emotions that are controlling, toxic, constricted, obsessive, clingy, and emotionally trapped. Cilantro facilitates a detoxification of negative emotions and debris. It is helpful in lighting one’s load through the release of issues buried in the body, heart and soul. Cilantro assists individuals in shedding what is not in harmony with their soul. Its positive properties are cleansing, liberated, unattached, ease and lightened. ~ excerpt from Emotions & Essential Oils book
